Every spacecraft in outspace game is made out of units called spacecraft modules.

Spacecraft modules can be divided into two categories:

  • Basic modules
  • Additional modules

Basic modules[edit]

Basic modules are 2 types of modules that every spacecraft need to function. Those are Command module and Engine module.

Additional modules[edit]

Additional modules are all modules that can be added to basic modules improving capabilities of spacecraft. There is wide variety of module types allowing for large variety of spacecraft that can be made multifunctional or dedicated.

Spacecraft module stats[edit]

There are several spacecraft module stats but most important stats are :

  • TES- Its defining basic Technical Engineering and Scientific factor spacecraft module have without crew.
  • Defense - Its defining defense capabilities of spacecraft module agains certain types of attacks.
  • Stations - Its defining which types of stations does module have.
  • Rescue pod - Its defining how much rescue pods does the spacecraft module have.
  • Storage - Its defining how much of cargo can this module carry.
  • Health - Its defining health of spacecraft module.
  • EU Capacity - Its defining capacity of ship without additional modules.
  • Weapon slots - Its defining weapons slots that spacecraft module have.

Tips[edit]

  • Its possible to make multifunctional spacecraft but its never going to be good in any of the task making it kinda useless in game as player can have more than one ship and change switch between them with blink of an eye, and player can even operate two spacecrafts at one time by playing on two devices or having game opened in two internet cards at same time.
  • In case of combat spacecraft, its recommended to put only combat modules on spacecraft as if any of module of spacecraft is destroyed, ship is lost, making non-combat modules weakness on any combat ship.
